Our projects range from under $1 million to over $40 million. We have a long-standing surety relationship with Travelers which affords us single project bonding in excess of $85 million. Our development arm engages national retail brands (Dollar Tree, Fresenius Medical Care, Papa Gino’s) and actively seeks opportunities and partnerships throughout the southern New England region.
